Data we collect
- Account details such as email, name, and authentication metadata.
- Visa application information entered by users, including status history and reminders.
- Uploaded documents stored in encrypted storage buckets managed by approved providers.
- Analytics data with consent controls enabled via GA4 and optional privacy-focused tooling.
How we use your data
- Deliver visa tracking alerts, reminders, and dashboard insights.
- Send transactional emails via SendGrid (verification, status updates, billing).
- Improve the service through anonymised analytics and error monitoring (Sentry).
- Comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful data access requests.
Your rights
- Request a copy of data stored about you via the account centre or privacy@visatimers.com.
- Ask for corrections or deletion of personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Export visa tracking history in machine-readable formats (CSV, JSON).
