VisaTimers is committed to GDPR, and we treat data minimisation and transparency as first principles.

  • Account details such as email, name, and authentication metadata.
  • Visa application information entered by users, including status history and reminders.
  • Uploaded documents stored in encrypted storage buckets managed by approved providers.
  • Analytics data with consent controls enabled via GA4 and optional privacy-focused tooling.

How we use your data

  • Deliver visa tracking alerts, reminders, and dashboard insights.
  • Send transactional emails via SendGrid (verification, status updates, billing).
  • Improve the service through anonymised analytics and error monitoring (Sentry).
  • Comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful data access requests.
